Waunakee Coworks is Going to Change the Way You Think About Coworking

Why do we say that?

Because we're not your run of the mill coworking space. Most coworking spaces are built to maximize headcount/profit. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the business model. It's a great way to get more people to buy into a membership when you offer 'unassigned' desks, allowing you to double and triple sell on a piece of real estate.

However, at Waunakee Coworks, we cowork differently. There are no phone booths. There are no 'hot desks.' We designed our space with the coworker in mind.

Every WC (Waunakee Coworks) Member has an assigned office with their own desk, chair and cabinet. Natural light fills each workspace, creating a refreshing work environment. WC Members enjoy the privacy of their own office plus the benefits of coworking.

Want to be heads down? Just shut your door. Want to get inspiration? Hop into the conference room and use the glass boards to capture some big ideas during a brainstorming session with another WC Member (who you will actually know, by the way). Need a moment away from your desk? Have a seat in our 'living room' and read a Harvard Business Review article. Need some energy? Grab a cup of Starbucks or Dunkin coffee and you're good to go.

Our memberships are month to month, but we hope you stay a long time. To prove it, we'll put your name on your door and give you your own suite number. When you come to Waunakee Coworks, you become part of our coworking family.
