It depends...
Because our members have flexible and unpredictable schedules, our working hours vary greatly. Creating a set schedule to "unlock the front door" doesn't always work.
Here are 4 things you need to know to unlock the secrets of visiting Waunakee Coworks:
Check the Sign
When we are expecting guests, we unlock the front door and flip the "closed" sign to "open." This is a good indication we are available to visitors and someone is in the building to welcome you. Come on in!
Locked In On Work - Ring the Bell
Often members of Waunakee Coworks are there. However, they may keep the door locked if they have a busy day of meetings or if they need to be heads down working on a project. If guests arrive and the door is locked, we have a Ring doorbell that alerts us to the visitor. In this case, someone is there to open the door, but then it's back to business.
Lights Are On, But Nobody's Home
Other times, no one is in the office. Some days Waunakee Coworks members are all out of the office due client site visits, choosing a work-from-home day, or simply taking the day off. Members are able to gain access to the building, but guests are unable to visit the property.
Make an Appointment
The easiest way to ensure the door is unlocked and the open sign is hung at Waunakee Coworks is to schedule an appointment. We would love to give you a free tour of the coworking space to see if it's the right fit for you. Email WaunakeeCoworks@gmail.com to schedule a tour!
